Refunds

Entry fees are non-refundable. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate. You will have the option to defer your race entry until the next year if you cannot participate.

There is no cost to switch races except the difference in price for races. Runners may also defer their registration for the following year or transfer their bib to another runner by logging into RunSignUp and entering the required information. 

 


Weather Policy

The race will be run rain or shine. In case of severe weather, we will postpone the race until the weather has passed and we believe the safety of our participates will not be at risk.

Defer Registration

You may defer your registration from the 2020 Half Marathon, 8K & Kids Run to the 2021 event for a $10 fee. 

Deferred registration may not be transferred to another person. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. All deferrals must be done before October 7th, 2020 and may be used only for the 2021 event. You may only defer an entry once. There will be no deferrals at Packet Pick-Up.
